We are currently seeking Shop Labourer for our Regina operations. This position will be based out of Regina SK, however travel may be required as services extend throughout the province.

We are seeking an individual to assist us in our mechanic shop and equipment yard to ensure safe and well-maintained areas in all weather conditions.  who will be responsible for providing assistance as necessary to ensure shop projects are completed in a safe, professional, and time efficient manner by ensuring the shop and contents are well maintained, clean, and free of trip and fall hazards. The position is also responsible to drop off and pick up parts and other items necessary to complete the various projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Cleanliness of the shop, yard and various equipment and vehicles
  • Pick up and/or deliver parts
  • Un/load/move supplies, tools, equipment and construction materials to/from various work areas
  • May be requested to operate hand and power tools and operate vehicles and/or equipment
  • Cleaning shop and washrooms and other areas attached to the shop on a regular and schedule basis
  • Clearing snow from gate, doorways and sidewalks
  • Washing and cleaning equipment
  • Pick up and drop off parts as required
  • Clean up yard and cut grass
  • Operate forklift when required
  • Other duties may be assigned


  • Must hold a valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver abstract
  • Able to work in a team environment or independently
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools, mechanical and electrical systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have experience operating a forklift
  • A 1A license would be considered an asset
  • Heavy lifting will be required and a positive attitude, with the ability to follow oral and written instructions, along with time management skills will be key to your success
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
